Here’s how it works...

CAMPAIGN:

Just like the previous event, all ticket sales, including the fundraiser, will be handled through TicketSpice.com. We have set our Blind Early Bird tickets (meaning without all the details) at $180 per person. If we can raise at least $18,000 in ticket sales by September 30th, the event will proceed! The event costs significantly more than $18,000 to organize, but reaching this amount will assure us that all major expenses will be covered by the event date.

As usual, if we do not reach our goal, unfortunately, there will not be an event this year. But don’t worry— with your help, we WILL reach our goal, as always! At $180 per person, we only need 100 people to purchase Blind Early Bird tickets. Feel free to buy tickets for others as well.

By conducting our fundraiser through our ticketing platform, we can eliminate the need for a will-call list at the gate, as all tickets will be managed through TicketSpice.com and will include physical tickets. You’ll simply present your ticket at the gate, regardless of how it was purchased.

Note: The waiver that was previously signed at check-in is now part of the ticket purchase process. You’ll need to sign the digital waiver online before downloading your ticket. You can purchase first and sign later, but the waiver must be completed before your ticket is available for use at the event.

Tier 1 - Blind Early Bird:

Tier 2 Tix:

$210 - Until 1/31/26 or until we sell out.

Tier 3 Tix:

$235 - Until 4/30/26 or until we sell out.

Tier 4 Tix:
$260 - Until we sell out.

Limited Early Arrival/Late Departure Passes

Limited Onsite Car Parking Pass:

Available now!

$30 - Carpool

$40 - Solo

Until we sell out.

This pass is required for extremely limited onsite car parking. Only regular-sized cars and trucks are allowed. Once these passes are sold out, all other vehicles must park offsite, and attendees will be shuttled in. Any vehicle over 18 feet long will require an RV pass. RV spots will be available after we reach our initial funding goal.

Note: Ticket refunds are allowed before April 1st.

Lodge Rooms, Cabins, and RV Spaces

They will be available for rent in the coming months if we reach our initial funding goal.
