Thank you again for joining us at our 20-Year Anniversary event this year! We hope you had a great time!

With 20 years behind us, we’re excited to move into the next chapter and are pleased to announce SOUL CAMP 2025 at Belden Town Resort!

As you may remember, we were planning to return to Belden in 2020, but we all know why that didn’t come to fruition. We tried again in 2021 but had to relocate due to another natural disaster. The town of Belden has been through a lot over the last four years, and we wanted to revisit our previous reservation to show our support.

Not to mention, we have a hunch that this is one of our most popular venues! 😉

With that said, we’re working on an awesome event for you, but as usual, we need your help to make Soul Camp happen this year!

Here’s how it works...

Please read through carefully, as the process has changed!

CAMPAIGN:

All ticket sales, including the fundraiser, will be handled through TicketSpice.com this year. We have set our Blind Early Bird tickets (meaning without all the details) at $170 per person. If we can raise at least $17,000 in ticket sales by September 30th, the event will proceed! The event costs significantly more than $17,000 to organize, but reaching this amount will assure us that all major expenses will be covered by the event date.

As usual, if we do not reach our goal, unfortunately, there will not be an event this year. But don’t worry— with your help, we WILL reach our goal, as always! At $170 per person, we only need 100 people to purchase Blind Early Bird tickets. Feel free to buy tickets for others as well.

By conducting our fundraiser through our ticketing platform, we can eliminate the need for a will-call list at the gate, as all tickets will be managed through TicketSpice.com and will include physical tickets. You’ll simply present your ticket at the gate, regardless of how it was purchased.

TICKET TIERS

Tier 1 - Blind Early Bird:

Only 100 - Soul'd out in 10 hours

$170 - Ends 9/30/24 or until we sell out.

Tier 2 Tix:

Available now!

$190 - Until 2/1/25 or until we sell out.


Tier 3 Tix:

$230 - Until 5/1/25 or until we sell out.

Tier 4 Tix:
$250 - Until we sell out.

Limited Onsite Car Parking Pass:

Available now!

$30 - Carpool

$40 - Solo

Until we sell out.

This pass is required for extremely limited onsite car parking. Only regular-sized cars and trucks are allowed. Once these passes are sold out, all other vehicles must park offsite, and attendees will be shuttled in. Any vehicle over 18 feet long will require an RV pass. RV spots will be available after we reach our initial funding goal.

Note: Ticket refunds are allowed before April 1st.

Refunds after April 1st only available if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Lodge Rooms, Cabins, and RV Spaces

They will be available for rent in the coming months if we reach our initial funding goal.
